We offer 3D printing services employing the technologies of fused filament fabrication (FFF), fused deposition modeling (FDM), and stereolithography (SLA). We use six 3D printers and more than 15 types of high-quality materials of various colours supplied exclusively by European and American producers, such as Formfutura, Colorfab, Taulman, Plastika Trček, Prusa, Filamentum, Extrudr etc.

The software used to prepare G-codes (the conversion of a 3D file into a file comprehensible to the printer) enables us to precisely specify more than 70 parameters to ensure great mechanical properties, accurate dimensions, and a superior look, while optimizing the time of the printing process.

For special applications, and to ensure greater precision, we combine two methods: 3D printing and CNC milling. In addition, we strengthen products with two-component potting resins, and glass or carbon fibres to further improve their mechanical properties. 3D printing is a process of layering material which can be interrupted at any time and at any height to insert bushes, bearings, nuts, magnets, or the like into the product that is being printed. After such components have been inserted, the printer resumes its operation. This allows us to create products, such as: casings for electronics with covers tighten with screws, positional guides for drilling holes, stencils with fixing magnets, soft clamping jaws for clamping workpieces with complex shapes, conveyor belt supports/adapters and many more.

Apart from these, mostly technical solutions, the wide variety of materials makes it possible for us to produce other items, such as models, statuettes, souvenirs and other. These are usually made of various composite materials, most frequently polylactide (PLA) based plastics which has been added extremely small particles of wood, metals, brick, stones, and other materials. Products, made of such materials, can usually undergo further treatment (grinding and polishing) to obtain the appearance of wood, stone, brick and various metals.

Thanks to multiple printers and a wide variety of materials, we can also print smaller batches in the shortest possible time. You can find examples of such products here.

If you have any questions regarding the above technologies, don’t hesitate to call us or send us an e-mail. We will respond as soon as possible.
